Extreme milkshakes are so hot right now. From a Salted Butter Caramel Shake topped with Pecan Pie from Canberra cafe Pâtissez to a Triple-decker Nutella Doughnut Ball on offer at Sydney coffee joint Foodcraft, monster-truck milkshakes are all the rage. The first thing I thought when I saw them? These could have been directly downloaded from the brains of toddlers – so why not get kids involved to make their own?
That was my plan for New Year’s Eve 2016 and I gotta say our budding Blumenthals killed it.
OK, so I mighta got on on the act and made a few of my own too 🙂
But I reckon the kids ones turned out better any way! All squishy and gooey and smeared with sticky little fingers!
